On Our Way: On the day of your appointment, you’ll get a text letting you know our fully equipped, self-contained unit is en route to your location.
Service vs. Inspection: Service vs. Inspection: If you booked an auto detailing package, we will get straight to work (the remaining balance is due only after you are thrilled with the results). If you booked an RV or Boat consultation, we will assess your rig’s condition, measure the exterior, and provide an exact, no-obligation quote on the spot.
How to Prepare for Our Arrival
To help us dive straight into the process and give you the best possible results, please keep the following in mind:
Ensure Access: If your vehicle, RV, or boat is parked at a gated storage lot or marina, please ensure we have gate access or clearance with the front office prior to our arrival.
Make Some Space: Please ensure there is enough room around all sides of your vehicle or rig so our team can safely walk the perimeter and work.
Clear It Out: If you booked an interior service, please remove personal belongings and valuables. (Don't worry about the ground-in dirt, we've got the deep stain and pet hair removal covered!)
